We much prefer to take the scenic route.
Started in 2020, by Husband and Wife duo Simon and Vanessa, with decades of hospitality success, Seoulful was born to really bring back that authentic truth to comfort Korean food.
Located in Everton Park, Seoulful offers up a temple of golden-fried indulgence, impeccably seasoned with a closely guarded blend. Drizzled with one of six knockout marinades that seemingly achieves maximum juiciness.
All aspects of our food are carefully hand-crafted. We don’t outsource anything.
Our flours are our own creations. We hand-mix every batch of flour.
Our salts, and seasonings, are all hand-created every morning. The sauces on each dish are mixed, boiled, reduced, and bottled, ready for service.
Every bite of chicken is hand-cut in-store, marinaded, coated, and dipped in our
one-of-a-kind sauces. The simplicity of Fried Chicken has been elevated to cult level here at Seoulful.
We are powered by people, our customers. We aim to impress and to satisfy our guests. It is thanks to our guests that we have maintained our reputation and are Awarded the TOP Korean Restaurant not only in Brisbane but in Australia.
UberEats has awarded us 3 years running, their Australian SuperStar Award. This is achieved through rigorous checkpoints we must meet such as consistent 5 stars, Uber Driver happiness and even down to how we package our food.
